Waivers

All paddlers must sign waivers to participate in Outrigger Santa Cruz paddling sessions. The current waiver applies February 2026 – January 2027.

1. Read the OSC code of conduct submit the acknowledgement below.
2. Fill out and submit the online NCOCA waiver.
