Annual Dues
Dues are collected annually, due January 1st for club members. New members may join anytime during the year. See Prorated policy below.
Prorated Dues
OSC dues are not prorated. They are per calendar year.
Payment Deadlines
Members whose dues are overdue by 3 months will lose privileges including use of club equipment and voting rights.
Other Fees
OSC Members are expected to pay other fees on time.
Payment Methods
OSC accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, ETF, Check.
Consequences of Non-Payment
OSC members whose dues or other fees are overdue by 3 months or more will lose privileges including use of club equipment, storage racks and voting rights.
Membership Year
OSC membership aligns with the calendar year, January to December.
Renewal
Members are required to renew their membership annually.
Refunds
Dues are generally non-refundable.
