Winter Club Paddles help maintain a level of endurance thru the winter months. The workouts are available to OSC members and are geared towards off-season conditioning and performance while paddling safely in winter conditions. Paddlers who choose to participate should be able to paddle uninterrupted for 90+ minutes Zone 2 and be motivated to improve their technique and fitness. Experienced club members, coaches and accredited steerspeople will help design the workouts.
