Fitness Paddle

Greetings OSC winter fitness paddlers,

Our seasonal Fitness Paddle program will start 11/11/23 and be held every Saturday from 9-11am through 3/9/24.  Watch for TeamSnap signups, coming soon.

These workouts are open to all OSC members, will be performance oriented and geared toward off-season race team conditioning.  OSC Head Coach Sabine recommends a winter of zone 2 paddling.

Paddlers who signup should have experience, be strong, motivated to improve their technique and fitness, be coachable and share the stoke!

If you’re not sure if this is the right program for you, ask one of the OSC coaches, Phil, or myself.  Not all paddlers will qualify for this program.
