Fitness Paddle
Teamsnap signups for Men and Women Racers will be available on Wednesday. Trained racer’s have priority for Fitness Paddle since the racing program is not available during the Winter. If you are not a trained racer and would like to participate, please talk with your coach for a recommendation. We will not be teaching technique or training in huli recovery; participants are expected to have this knowledge.
Please sign up each week before Friday at 5:00 PM so I can review, set crews, & steers people. Please sign up only if you’re actually going to show up. Fitness Paddle will be a 2-hour rigorous paddle potentially in challenging winter conditions. Please dress for immersion; see this site for Santa Cruz winter water temp information.
Fitness paddle days this Winter will be: Nov 12,19, Dec 3,10,17, Jan 7,14,21,28, Feb 4,11,18,25.
