6:30 AM – Registration open at the Santa Cruz Harbor Beach, near the east entrance to the harbor.

7:00 AM – MANDATORY combined meeting with support boat captains, canoe steerers, and coaches near the registration booth

7:15 AM – Pule

8:30ishAM – Start for all IRON CREWS

1:00 PM – Lunch available at El Estero Park across the street from race finish

    • Each paddler will receive a wrist band for food and drinks
    • Each skipper will receive two (2) wrist bands for food and drinks
    • Additional wrist bands will be available for $20 (pre-order required)

2:30 PM – Results and Raffle

      • Each paddler will receive one (1) complimentary raffle ticket
